Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with specialized training in complex trauma, attachment trauma, perinatal mood disorders, sexuality, and relationship issues.

Before joining this clinic I spent four years working with neurodivergent-affirming care, mental health crises, and brain injuries where I supported issues such as suicidal ideation and domestic abuse.

Perhaps you are feeling unsafe, easily triggered, off balance, or walled in without a way forward. Or maybe you are carrying the emotional burden of something that feels old, or like it may not even be your own. You may feel isolated from others or distinctly separate from the rest of the world.

Know that you are welcome here just as you are. I can offer an inclusive, non-judgmental space where we can explore these issues together with care and safety.
I work from an integrated style that I am continually adapting to best connect with you and what matters to you. It's important to me that you feel heard and empowered throughout our time together.

I completed my graduate studies at Yorkville University and my undergraduate studies at McMaster University and Brock University. My clinical practicum was completed in a private setting that focussed on culturally sensitive and neurodivergent-affiming care.

Beyond my Work:
Outside of work I spend my time reading fiction, baking cookies (mocha peppermint are my absolute favourite) and gardening. I enjoy moving my body whether it’s to go for a hike, boxing or mini dance parties. You can often find me with my headphones on, listening to music or having a staring contest with my dog. People are surprised to learn that I am fluent in Punjabi and Hindi.
