Clinical Care, Operations Team (Part-time)
Ask anyone and they will tell you our Operations Team is amazing. We call them operations because they are so much more than admin! Great people, meaningful work, lots of learning in the field of mental health, and lots of laughs.
This contract role has flexible weekly hours, and is entirely virtual.
Ideal for an undergraduate student (2nd year and higher) with an interest in gaining direct client experience in the mental health field.
Educational perk: you can attend trainings, sit in on consultation groups and the Owner offers key insights in the moment as things are happening operationally that you can use later in your career.
Must be a superb communicator - written and oral - with excellent judgement, reliable, consistent and conscientious, a good sense of humour.
Opportunities to advance for the right human!
To apply:

We welcome your interest for the next time we are hiring a psychotherapist!
We look for exceptional trauma & relationship therapists who:
-
have a deep sense of curiosity
-
align with our values
-
and can provide a high level of care to our clients
If you are a Registered Psychotherapist with a masters degree in psychotherapy AND you have a passion for working with trauma and/or relationship issues, plus you demonstrate integrity and ethics in all that you do then we would love to hear from you!
We help therapists build and maintain a strong, stable, full caseload doing meaningful trauma work while earning an excellent income and receiving exceptional support. You'll have access to one-to-one coaching and consultation with the Owner, in-house case consultation and peer consultation groups, ongoing training opportunities, and a team that is genuinely invested in your success. Our therapists will also tell you that our admin and Operations Team are out-of-this-world amazing.
We have worked hard to create the kind of workplace we want to work in ourselves: an environment of talent, specialization, collaboration, and yes, plenty of modality nerding. Combined with beautiful offices, free parking, thoughtfully designed systems, and regular opportunities to connect with colleagues, it's a place where therapists can do great work and enjoy being part of a team.
This is a collaborative, social team suited to someone interested in being "part of" something and creating a home for your therapist parts. As an employer we emphasize transparency, and we value integrity and accountability as both a therapist and member of our evolving community.
Our culture is about community, innovation, ongoing learning and humour.
All of us share an interest in working with trauma and relationship issues, and we love to see that supportive and social friendships often blossom within our team.
We are inclusive, sex-positive, neurodiversity-affirming, LGBTQ2+ allied, and secular in our approach to therapy, so for the safety of our clients we ask that you have similar values.
If you live within a 25-minute commute distance to one of our offices, and you are interested in providing in-person therapy we would love to hear from you.
To apply:
