Our fees are consistent with Ontario psychotherapists and take into consideration our focus in trauma work, our extensive training & depth of experience, and our commitment to providing physical locations where we can offer in-person therapy.

We invest in direct billing options to improve accessibility for our clients who have coverage through employers.

Several of our therapists also offer coverage with NIHB, Veterans Affairs, RCMP, Blue Cross, Canadian Armed Forces.

Our services are recognized as a medical expense tax credit by the Canada Revenue Agency, so you can claim your therapy costs on your tax return.

Psychotherapy services with our clinic are tax exempt so the fee you see is the total fee.
Payment Options
Payment is made at the time of your session by cash, debit or credit card.
We require an active credit card on file to cover late cancellations, no shows, or if a payment is missed on the day of your session. Our payment system is PCI DSS compliant and is connected to your client account and charts which are PIPEDA & PHIPA compliant.
(You must update us when your card expires in order to book a session.)

A standard appointment is billed for one clinical hour (50 min).
50 minutes with you in therapy, plus many minutes spent after you leave for case conceptualization, research, note-taking, scheduling, payment, training, supervision and other details to support this important work we are doing together.
Many of the therapists also offer longer sessions of 80-110 minutes.
Some of our therapists maintain a few no fee community spots for existing clients in the Hamilton community who encounter exceptional life circumstances.
48 HOURS ADVANCE NOTICE IS REQUIRED TO CANCEL OR CHANGE YOUR SESSION TIME OR THE FULL SESSION FEE WILL BE CHARGED.
