Therapy Fees & Payment Options
-
Our fees are consistent with Ontario psychotherapists and take into consideration our focus in trauma work, our extensive training & depth of experience, and our commitment to providing physical locations where we can offer in-person therapy.
-
We have invested in secure, encrypted communication systems that go beyond what most private practices use. This allows us to connect with you in more ways and to do so safely and reliably, both inside and outside of therapy sessions.
-
We invest deeply in our people. This allows us to attract and retain professionals with advanced training and a sustained commitment to doing high quality, meaningful work with you.
-
We offer Community (pro-bono) spots for those in our community who are struggling and cannot access healing support for financial reasons...and as trauma therapists we feel strongly about this.
-
We invest in offering and supporting direct billing options to improve accessibility for our clients who have coverage through employers or other programs.
-
Several of our therapists also offer coverage with NIHB, Veterans Affairs, RCMP, Blue Cross, Canadian Armed Forces.
-
Our services are recognized as a medical expense tax credit by the Canada Revenue Agency, so you can claim your therapy costs on your tax return.
-
Psychotherapy services with our clinic are tax exempt so the fee you see is the total fee.
