Direct Billing Options
We have many direct billing options.
*If you would like to work with one of the participating therapists please let us know.
Claims: If either the insurer/third party or the therapist you want to work with does not participate in our direct billing program the process is you pay us, and then we give you a receipt to submit for reimbursement.
We do not guarantee coverage. It is your responsibility to confirm with your insurer.
If your claim is denied, or if there is a balance, we will require payment and will charge the card on file the day of your session.

NIHB - First Nations & Inuit (individual) in Ontario
If you have First Nations and/or Inuit status, you and your family may be eligible for coverage of psychotherapy sessions with an approved Registered Psychotherapist.
Each year, eligible clients can access up to 22 hours of counselling with a Registered Psychotherapist. Additional hours may be available on a case-by-case basis within the same 12-month period.

WSIB - Mental Health Program of Care
Making Space Psychotherapy was awarded a formal service contract to provide psychotherapy services to injured workers through WSIB.
This includes those who have symptoms of trauma and PTSD. As a trauma clinic we are uniquely qualified to provide treatment to support you while you are off work.
If you would like to work with one of our participating therapists please let us know. We will need a few pieces of information from you to start the process.
