You are welcome here.
We are a modern, trauma-informed clinic.
We work with a variety of issues, and we specialize in working with complex trauma and relationship issues.
All of our registered psychotherapists have masters degrees, specialized training (and warm hearts).
We provide high quality support to individuals, couples, triads, small family groups, teens, and children 6+.
We also welcome first responders, veterans and their families and neurodivergent folks!
We treat trauma using standard EMDR, Attachment Focused AF-EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Therapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Resource Tapping, Brainspotting, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Walk & Talk Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and other evidence-based styles.
Our work with families and couples is secular, anti-oppressive and strengths-based, drawing from Family Systems, Emotionally Focussed Therapy (EFT), Gottman Couples therapy, Narrative Therapy and other modalities.
We welcome LGBTQ2IA+ couples, polyamorous couples, triads, and couples in non-monogamous relationships.
We offer in-person and online therapy.
We provide both in-person and virtual psychotherapy & counselling to clients who live in Hamilton, Burlington, Dundas, Ancaster, Stoney Creek, Brantford, Paris, Simcoe, Waterdown, Kitchener, Waterloo, Oakville, Toronto and across Ontario and British Columbia.
