Working with me.
My work as a therapist is about being with you in moments that feel hard to carry alone. Times when you feel stuck, conflicted, or unsure of yourself, even though you’re trying your best to hold everything together. I pay attention to what feels hardest to say and help create a space where you can feel truly seen, heard, and understood.
When therapy feels safe, change tends to follow. Things start to make more sense. Self-blame eases. New ways of responding become possible.
In my work with couples, I help both partners slow things down and really hear one another. We look at the patterns that keep showing up during conflict or distance and work toward more clarity, emotional safety, and connection.
I work with individuals and couples who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, self-doubt, or painful relationship experiences. Many of my clients are thoughtful, caring people who still find relationships confusing or exhausting. In therapy, we gently explore where these struggles come from so you can understand yourself more clearly, set healthier boundaries, and feel more grounded in your relationships.
My approach is collaborative and relational. We pay attention to what’s happening in the room, at a pace that feels safe for you. Over time, this work can support greater self-trust and more genuine, satisfying connections with others.
With a strong emphasis on choice, consent and emotional safety, I may gently invite awareness of body sensations, the breath, or nervous system responses as they naturally arise, rather than forcing attention to the body. We move at a pace that feels supportive, using the body as a guide to help build stability, trust and regulation over time.
Welcome to this work!
Beyond my work.
When I’m not at work I am drawn to creativity, movement, and meaningful connections. I love dancing, sewing, crochet, pickle-ball, yoga, Pilates -- and I convince myself that another coffee is a form of self-care!
