Working with me.

Welcome! I’m a Registered Psychotherapist in Burlington. I support individuals who have experienced a recent or past trauma, grief and loss, conflict, anxiety, depression, anger, or chronic stress.

I also support couples to create new relational patterns, to express needs, feel heard, strengthen communication, and reconnect emotionally.

Alongside my work as a therapist, I bring 10 years of experience in education, where I focused on supporting learning, growth, and guiding people through change.

Sometimes the overwhelm can feel like too much to handle. Trauma, grief, relationship stress, and daily pressures can build up over time. You may feel tension, anger, or difficulty expressing yourself. We can work collaboratively through these experiences collaboratively, so you can explore them in a way that feels guided and supportive.

My approach is trauma-informed, mind–body focused, and draws on insights from neuroscience. In therapy, we explore experiences, understand emotions, and try new ways to communicate and manage stress. Together, we create space for your nervous system to settle, your emotions to be understood, and your mind to feel lighter.

I am committed to ongoing learning and integrating research-informed practices to provide a holistic, tailored approach that respects your experience.

I know (from experience) that healing is a transformative process. It takes courage to prioritize your mental health. I'm here to ensure you feel seen, heard, and supported as you move through this journey.

I welcome you to this work, and to this space!

Beyond my work.

I have lived on three continents, and I am very passionate about travelling, exploring new parts of the world, and meeting new people. In my free time, I enjoy cooking new recipes, exercising, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I also enjoy sports such as tai chi and martial arts, and I appreciate both the solitude and sometimes the fast pace of life.
