Working with me.

I have been a Registered Social Worker for eight years -- six of which have been in mental health. I specialize in working with attachment wounds, and supporting perfectionists who experience burnout.

I can offer you my warm, compassionate and curious support and hold space for whatever you bring into the therapy space.

Many of my clients are high achieving professionals and creatives who are trying to figure out pain points within their work and personal relationships. I also work with first generation, adult children of immigrant parents to make meaningful connections, claim agency and make intentional change.

It’s one thing to recognize that your upbringing was unhealthy, or even abusive. It’s another to heal from those wounds and choose something different for yourself today and tomorrow.

Facing the past can be painful and moving forward can feel just as painful, or even scary. I’m here to help you reconnect with what makes your life meaningful and define that on your own terms, beyond what was expected of you. You can reclaim stillness and peace, without it meaning you stop growing, doing, or being “good.” Both can exist at the same time.

I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy with somatic embodiment and nervous system regulation strategies to support deeper healing and help you build a life that aligns with your values. In our work together, you’ll get to reconnect with the parts of you that had to grow up too fast, too soon and give those parts the care and attention you deserve.

Sometimes you may feel the need to achieve more while feeling unfulfilled, I use a mindfulness and self compassion approach to help you to slow down and redefine what a successful life is to you.

I bring personal understanding of the complexities of growing up in an immigrant household, particularly layered with mental health and attachment issues. I am also informed by my own experiences as a mother and wife.

Welcome! I look forward to connecting.

Beyond my work.

I enjoy travelling to places near the mountain and sea, eating delicious food and taking pictures of places and landscapes. The forrest and hiking bring me peace - it’s where I like to contemplate and find a lot of clarity. I am most fulfilled when I spend time with my husband, child and my friends.
