Working with me.

I work with adults, young adults and families who may feel overwhelmed by stress, anxiety or the weight of complex family and life experiences. Many of the people I support grew up in emotionally demanding or stressful environments and now find themselves feeling stuck, pressured or unsure how to navigate relationships and major life transitions.

I show up as a real, engaged human in the therapy room, bringing warmth, curiosity and genuine care. I aim to create a space that feels safe, collaborative and non judgemental while also offering you tools you can use in your day to day life. Alongside CBT and DBT, I draw on movement based practices to support mindfulness and connection with your body, as well as education about the nervous system to help you recognize early signs of overwhelm and respond with greater ease.

Sometimes it can feel like you are drowning in your circumstances or struggling to make sense of your emotions. In therapy, we work together to understand emotional patterns, explore unresolved experiences and build greater self awareness and balance.

I integrate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to help you develop practical coping tools, strengthen emotional regulation and create healthier boundaries in your relationships. I also integrate principles from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, focusing on distress tolerance, emotional regulation and mindfulness to support meaningful and lasting change.

In a world that can feel increasingly disconnected, having a supportive person to help you process your experiences and build clarity and confidence can make a powerful difference.

Beyond my work.

I am an active member of the yoga and pilates community, deeply valuing the connection between mind and body. I appreciate the importance of being present, grounded and in tune with oneself. I also love spending time out doors, connecting with nature, and embracing new challenges. I thrive on exploring new experiences and continuously expanding my understanding of the diversity and beauty of this world
