- Certified Trauma Professional
- Emotional Freedom Technique I&II
- Gottman Method Couples I&II
Welcome! I work with couples to improve communication, understanding, trust, and emotional connection. I also support individuals who struggle with ADHD, anxiety, anger, depression, life transitions, grief, and trauma. In addition to my training, I bring 10 years of experience in education, focusing on learning and growth.

Life can feel overwhelming—whether it’s the weight of daily stress or the impact of a major crisis. You may feel alone, uncertain, and unsure of how to move forward. Together we can tap into your inner resources and find new ways for you to manage stress and emotions. You can feel more connected to yourself, and build the resilience and clarity that feels right for you.

My approach is trauma-informed and draws from attachment theory, somatic therapy, mindfulness, neuroscience, and grief therapy, with special emphasis on the mind-body connection. Working in this way helps you to understand how your body stores emotions and memories so you can better regulate your nervous system, reprocess trauma, and ultimately heal.
I am committed to ongoing learning and integrating the latest research and practices to provide a holistic, tailored approach that respects your unique experience.

I know (from experience) that healing is a transformative, powerful process. It takes courage to prioritize your mental health. I'm here to ensure you feel seen, heard, and supported as you move through this decision.

Having lived on three continents, I have a rich and diverse perspective on life. I am passionate about learning, with deep interests in history, philosophy, psychology, and neuroscience. In my free time, I enjoy cooking new recipes, exercising, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I also enjoy sports such as tai chi and martial arts, and I appreciate both the solitude and busyness of life.

EFT Tapping
