Welcome! I truly believe in the mind-body connection and the power this can have in feeling regulated and able to access deep healing. My focus is trauma, anxiety and depression. I also have 8 years experience supporting personality disorders, coping skills, stress, and emotional dysregulation. I draw from both my training and personal lived experiences to provide empathy and support for your path to healing.
Sometimes feeling stuck in your emotions and thinking patterns can be really hard to navigate and can feel quite isolating to work through on your own. If you are someone who struggles with this, you are not alone! I can understand the path to healing can be difficult and overwhelming at first, and I am happy you are taking this step in your healing journey. I truly believe that you are the master of your own self, and together we can reshape limiting beliefs, develop coping skills and an overall sense of empowerment to move you in the right direction!
I feel my lived experience has shaped who I am today, both professionally and personally. I bring empathy, understanding, and sometimes humour to the therapeutic space to make you feel safe and comfortable during our time together.

Over the past eight years I have worked in behavioural classrooms, public agencies, and acute hospital settings working with individuals who have struggled with anxiety, depression, suicidality and more. After completing my masters degree, I found my passion working in private practice settings.

I work with individual adults and youth.
I completed my graduate studies at Yorkville University, and undergraduate studies at the Humber Institute. I have also completed additional training in complex trauma, and am committed to ongoing learning.
I'm here to support you. Let's connect!

Beyond my Work:
Outside of work, I deeply enjoy spending time with my loved ones, my fur babies and being in nature. Most mornings you can catch me at the beach with my husky watching the sunrise. I find there is something so peaceful in those moments. I have always had a passion for working out as well - in my earlier years I competed in Karate and sparring tournaments across Ontario. I also love to travel! My partner and I have quite the travel bug and love to explore new places, different cultures and meet new people along the way.
More about me, and how I work...
During our time together, I will integrate various modalities that are tailored to your specific needs. I truly believe in the mind-body connection and the power this can have in feeling regulated and able to access deep healing.
