I support my clients with a variety of issues, and I have specialized training to work with anxiety, depression, dissociation, body image, eating disorders, relationship issues, sexual issues, complex trauma, grief, ADHD, workplace issues and abusive relationships.

I understand how challenging it can be to begin therapy, not to mention the hard work that goes into it. I am dedicated to providing a space where you feel seen, safe and supported.

 

My approach combines Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Sex Therapy, and a variety of therapy styles to meet you right where you are at with compassion (and without judgement). Together we can work with insights and solutions to create meaningful change in your life.

Before coming to this clinic I spent more than six years working in settings such as CAMH and Mount Sanai with issues that included parents of ill and abused children, young adult/youth psychosis, schizophrenia, mental health crises, trauma, domestic abuse, body image, eating disorders, sleep issues, workplace issues and grief. 

I completed my graduate studies at Yorkville University and my undergraduate studies at the University of Toronto. My clinical practicum was completed in a private setting that focussed on a variety of moderate to serious mental health concerns with youth and adults. I have since continued training in trauma, disordered eating, and couples' therapy; and I am a Certified Sex Therapy-Informed clinician.
