Welcome! I have experience supporting a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, fertility, compulsions, stress, coping skills, suicidal thoughts, disordered eating, body image and ADHD.

I have a special interest in working with complex trauma with adults and youth. I bring my training and experience working in crisis situations where I have joined my clients in the settings of their most difficult and vulnerable moments to provide care and support.

You may be overwhelmed by your feelings or struggling with your thoughts. I believe in you, and in our ability to work together (safely) to find solutions that bring you peace. I'm interested to know who you are and where you are coming from. The more you feel comfortable within yourself and with me the more you can feel comfortable to explore and overcome whatever brought you here.

I have worked with Hamilton Police Victim Services supporting victims of violence and crimes. I have also worked in a mental health treatment facility for youth between the ages of 15-18 years old supporting them to develop autonomy in managing their mental health symptoms. And while completing my graduate degree at Yorkville University I did my clinical practicum in a private setting that focusses on maternal mental health and a range of other issues connected with trauma and stress.

If you are open to doing this work, and finding your truth, I can offer empathy and warmth as we get you there. Let's talk about where you are now and where you hope to be in your journey!
