You are welcome here.

Perhaps you are overwhelmed, struggling in your relationship, reeling from something that just happened, or you are finally getting to that thing from your past. Perhaps you have been waiting to feel ready, or to find the right support. Maybe you want to feel better but you don't know where to start.

We are a modern, trauma-informed clinic providing high quality support to individuals, couples+, teens, children 10+ and small family groups. We work with a variety of issues, and we also specialize in trauma and relationships. All of our registered psychotherapists have masters degrees, specialized training (and warm hearts).

We treat trauma using EMDR, Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), DBT and other evidence-based styles.

Our work with families and couples is anti-oppressive and strengths-based, drawing from Family Systems, Emotionally Focussed Therapy (EFT), Gottman Couples therapy, Narrative Therapy and other modalities.

We offer in-person and virtual therapy.

We provide both in-person and virtual psychotherapy & counselling in Hamilton and across Ontario.

Our peaceful, modern offices are set on a quiet and eclectic street in Hamilton near the iconic Spectator building.

We are conveniently located off the Hwy 403/Main exit -- close to McMaster University, next door to McMaster Innovation Park, Westdale and Dundurn Street.

There is ample free parking on both sides of the building, and we are close to transit.

Our offices are easily accessible and at street level.
