Insurance Coverage
Our services are covered by most extended health care plans that cover a registered psychotherapist. Please check your policy carefully before booking a session as we cannot guarantee coverage. ​​

Direct Billing
We offer direct billing options with most major insurers.
We are providers for Veterans Affairs, Blue Cross, RCMP, Canadian Armed Forces and Interim Federal Health Program.

Community (Zero Fee) Program​
​*Some of our therapists hold a few zero fee community spots for clients who encounter exceptional life circumstances.

Cancellation/No Show Policy
*We appreciate receiving as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling your session.
This allows us time to fill that spot with someone waiting to be seen.
A minimum of 48 hours notice is needed to cancel or reschedule your therapy session or the full fee is charged.
